AI search visibility, measured properly

Know exactly how AI
describes your brand.

Most tools ask an AI once and call it a measurement. AI answers change every time you ask. SignalOS asks each question five times, across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, and shows the confidence behind every number.

The problem

Buyers now build shortlists inside AI conversations.

Someone asks an assistant for the best option in your category and gets three or four names. Those brands are on the shortlist. The rest never enter it. You cannot see those conversations, and the tools that claim to measure them mostly ask once and report the answer as a fact.

How it works

Measure, diagnose, act.

Most tools stop after the first step. Knowing you are invisible is not the same as knowing what to do about it.

Why our numbers are different

An answer you asked for once is a coin flip.

We ask more than once.

Ask ChatGPT the same question five times and you may get five different sets of brands. We report the distribution, not a single roll.

present in 7 of 10 · 70% ±14 · n=140

We tell you when we don't know.

Below the sample threshold we show nothing rather than a number you cannot defend to your own client.

Not enough data · n=6, need 30

Every engine, every plan.

No engine locked behind a higher tier. No per-engine add-on fees. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini from the entry plan up.

We show our work.

Every number links to the actual AI answer behind it — the raw text, the engine, the model version, the timestamp.

Straight answers

What we don't do.

Every tool in this category claims everything. Here is where we are limited. You would find out anyway — better you hear it from us.

We don't cover Google AI Overviews yet.

It has no API. Covering it properly needs a licensed data provider, and we would rather not cover it than fake it.

We measure every two weeks, not daily.

Because we ask each question five times per engine. That is more measurements than a daily single ask — and if something of yours is moving, we show you which.

We only measure in English today.

On a non-English answer we say so and exclude it, rather than guessing and quietly getting it wrong.

We don't predict your revenue.

Nobody has credibly proven that AI visibility work drives revenue — including us. We measure visibility and the citations behind it.

Questions

Common questions

What is AI search visibility?
It is how often, and how favourably, an AI assistant mentions your brand when someone asks it a question in your category. When a buyer asks ChatGPT for the best option, the brands in that answer are on the shortlist. The ones missing aren't.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO is about ranking a page. This is about being named in an answer. There is no results page to rank on — there is one paragraph, and either you are in it or you are not. The work that gets you there depends more on which sources the AI trusts than on your own site.
Why do you ask each question five times?
Because AI answers are not deterministic. Ask the same question five times and you can get five different sets of brands. Asking once records a coin flip. Asking five times gives you a distribution and a confidence interval — a measurement you can defend.
Which AI engines do you cover?
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini, on every plan. We do not cover Google AI Overviews yet — it has no API, and doing it properly requires a licensed data provider.
How long before I see something useful?
Your first measurement runs during setup, so you see real data on day one. Trends need a few cycles — about a month for the first confident read.
Can I use my own AI provider keys?
Yes, on every plan. Your subscription price drops and you pay the providers directly. Useful if you already have provider contracts, or need your data staying inside your own vendor relationships.

A walkthrough runs against a brand you actually care about — yours or a client's — so you are looking at real data, not a demo. Twenty minutes.
