Terms of Service

What SignalOS is

SignalOS is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for agencies and in-house teams to measure and improve how a brand appears in AI-generated search answers (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) alongside traditional SEO. Each paying organization (“you”) manages one or more of its own clients within an isolated workspace.

What you provide, and what SignalOS does with it

  • Account and organization data you enter directly (names, business descriptions, competitors, strategy).
  • Business text you choose to paste in (customer support tickets, reviews, call notes) for Customer Voice analysis — SignalOS never scrapes or invents this content itself.
  • Publicly reachable pages of a website you designate, fetched by SignalOS’s own crawler for SEO/GEO analysis.
  • When you connect a third-party integration (Google Search Console, GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, a CMS, a backlink data provider), SignalOS calls that provider’s real API using credentials you supply, and is subject to that provider’s own terms — SignalOS does not control them.
  • When an AI provider API key is configured (Anthropic Claude today; OpenAI/Google/Perplexity are wired to the same framework), SignalOS sends the query text you’ve approved to that provider to measure or analyze AI-generated answers, subject to that provider’s own terms.
  • Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by Stripe directly — SignalOS does not store card numbers.

What still needs real legal drafting

Acceptable use, liability limits, warranty disclaimers, termination rights, indemnification, dispute resolution/governing law, and any binding acceptance mechanism (e.g. a signup checkbox) are not present on this page and should not be assumed. Those require a licensed attorney familiar with your jurisdiction and business — this page is not a substitute for that.
