Cancel whenever you like, without talking to anyone. This page says what happens to your access and your data when you do.
Billing → Cancel plan. Two clicks, no retention call, no form to request it.
You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not cut anything off early.
When the paid period ends your organization becomes read-only: nothing new is measured or created, and everything already there stays visible and exportable for 60 days.
We email you 7 days before that window closes, so a deletion is never the first you hear of it.
After 60 days the content is deleted.
Reactivate inside those 60 days and everything is where you left it, on the same plan at the same price.
Nothing is deleted when you move to a smaller plan. If you have more brands or clients than the new plan includes, the newest ones stop accruing new measurements and new question sets; you can still open, edit and export them.
Every one of those consequences is itemised on screen before you confirm, including which clients are affected by name and which capabilities you lose.
White-label ends immediately on a plan that does not include it. An agency's own clients should never see a half-branded portal.
Replace them with another client at no cost, at any time. You bought a number of seats; which clients occupy them is up to you. Archiving a client frees its seat straight away.
BYOK plans cancel with one month's written notice. Billing and full access continue through the notice period.
Statutory cancellation rights differ by jurisdiction and nothing here attempts to describe them. Enterprise agreements cancel under their own contract terms, not this page.
